It's going to be a busy show this week. I am planning to share with you the magic that is macadamian nuts, how to use up left over candy canes, and talk with one of the organizers of the Guelph Organic Confenrece AS WELL AS the original brain behind the, now legendary, meeting of organic minds. Hey, aren't all minds organic? Maybe not all. I can think of a few that are working with too much genetic manipulation if you know what I mean ;)

- I like, sparring with scissor cooks (i.e. eaters of processed foods), yackin' over microphones, drinking with people who don't know that carrots come from deep within the black black earth, rising breads for more then a day, and maintaining a list of celebrities I'd like to cook for someday.
