Well, another year has passed and I have to say its been a good one. This year I began my final year as an undergrad and have a plan for the future, my family is well and mending from years of awkward dynamics, I feel like a indie rock hipster with all of the shows I've been attending, and I have this radio show. So, I'm a pretty thankful guy!
If you tried tuning in last week, I apologize. It was just more important that I get some visiting in with friends, but this week I'm back with more food frolicking and banter. No guest this week, but I do have a taped interview with some highschool students who gave me a tour of their organic garden! Ya, I know. Also, in the pantry, I will be reviewing the olive and describing the process used to make olive oil and why you shouldn't cook with extra virgin. Of course I also have a recipe to share, it is a traditional clean-out-the-fridge Chinese Hot and Sour soup recipe.
Hope you can join me.
Do you like green or black olives and why?
