Last week I played a portion of my interview with Sinclair Philip. He is the owner of Sooke Harbour House out on Vancouver Island. Sinclair is also the head of Slow Food Canada and has a wealth of knowledge and experience which is very evident by his managment of 17 organic gardens on the site pictured and a real determination to not serve food from any where not considered local. An inspiring man and a rather fun interview about his lemon geranium plants used for sorbets, and his kiwi and passionfruit trees! Wow, this is Canada folks!

This week, I am going to play an interview I did with Kristin Jenkins out in Dundas Ontario. She is the author of The Culinary Saga of New Iceland. Its one of the coolest cookbooks Ive read, so you should tune in to find out why.
