A few years ago Paul Finklestein quit his job as a chef and enrolled in Teachers College with a dream of showing young people how to cook, eat well and maybe even enjoy it. Finklestein's pioneering Culinary Arts Program at Stratford's Northwestern Secondary School is considered one the best in the world.
