Back out West

I'll be airing the whole of my interview with Sinclair Phillip this week on the show. He is the head of the Slow Food movement in Canada and he runs Sooke Harbour House on Vancouver Island. Sinclair's got much to say about where he sees our food systems heading and has words of advice for Guelph Aggies and Aggie grads. Working with food he accesses from within 100 miles of his restaurant, with food from his 17+ gardens the man is inspiring and really puts into question how we could be doing anything else in today's environmentally sensitive world.

Sinclair and I, the be all and end all salad dressing recipes and a look at a few interesting greens for your eating pleasure.

Happy Spring, green things, and you! (if you tune in, that is)
